Please to be sure you read this entire policy in full prior to placing your order or submitting a request to exchange or return.

It is very important for us to know how to handle your transaction. A lack of information on the form will definitely delay your exchange or return process. Please clearly fill out the form and submit it with the exchange or returning item.
If we receive an item being sent back to us without a form, we will have to view this as an exchange and will go through the exchange process described below.
We have a 10-day limit on all returns and exchanges.
All returns and exchanges have 10-day expiration from the time the item arrives at your door according to the tracking data. This means that your package must be postmarked by no later than the 10th calendar day from the date of its arrival to your home or business. Any items we receive that were postmarked after the 10 day from the receipt of item will be sent back to you automatically. There will be no exceptions.
Be careful with the products until you have decided you want to keep them.
- This means you need to make sure you keep all the packaging materials, tags must not be removed, tissues, and hairnet are included when exchanging or returning.
- Unworn and in the same brand new condition as when it arrived to your door.
- You are allowed to try it on but NOT allowed to comb or brush it, fluffing it, change the part, spray it with product, loosen the curl to see how it looks when relaxed, wash, cut, restyle, or change the color in any way.
- It needs to be returned or exchanged WITHOUT having any detectable odors such as: cigarette smoke, perfume, cooking smells, etc.
Again, an ELIGIBLE product MUST be returned as if it was never tried on or worn and in its BRAND-NEW condition.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON:
- Clearance Items
- Overstock Sale Items
- Discontinued Merchandise
- Hair Care Products and Styling Supplies
- Liquids and Aerosols
- Gift Cards and Store Credits
- Wigs or toppers that have been altered to fit you in ANY WAY
- Custom Orders
- Any items that are worded “All Sales Are Final” or “Not Eligible for Return or Exchange” which are clearly marked in product description prior to purchase
- All specialty items, defined as any item that cannot be ordered directly from the site without us specially ordering them for you.
We handle these differently depending on what you’re trying to exchange.
SYNTHETIC AND HEAT RESISTANT SYNTHETIC ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR A FLAT FEE OF $20.00 as long as we have received it within the 10-day return/exchange period.
- Any ELIGIBLE brand new synthetic or heat resistant synthetic wig or topper (excluding human hair/synthetic blends)
- There will be an increase of exchange fee in the event that a client submits more than 6 exchanges in any consecutive 3-month period.
HUMAN HAIR AND BLENDED FIBER ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR A 20% FEE BASED ON THE AMOUNT YOU PAID:
- Any ELIGIBLE brand new wig or topper made of human hair and or blended fiber (a combination of heat resistant synthetic, human hair, or synthetic fiber)
ALL EXCHANGES ARE PAID IN THE FORM OF STORE CEDIT AFTER THE WIG/HEADCOVERING IS INSPECTED.
- We are trying to give you the maximum flexibility with your exchanges
- Credits are issued electronically via email to the same address used at the time of your purchase
- Fees will automatically be deducted from the total before the credit is issued
- Credits do not have an expiration date, so you can take your time researching possible replacements
- Please do not write what you want for your exchange on the exchange form you will need to go through the checkout process with your store credit to complete the exchange
- You do not need to purchase something of equal or greater value with your credits. Credits can accumulate and be saved up to buy any item you like
- Your original discount is non-transferrable if that offer has expired
These are the same regardless of what the item is.
ANY ELIGIBLE WIG, TOPPER, OR HEADCOVERING CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND MINUS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE (based on the amount you paid)
- Any ELIGIBLE brand new wig, topper, or head covering can be returned to us for a refund to your original payment method. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be based on what you paid after all discounts were applied and will be deducted from the amount of your refund
ITEMS THAT CAN BE REFUNDED AT NO CHARGE:
- Wigs or toppers with obvious, unforgivable manufacturer defects that exist before the wig or topper was shipped and are not the result of product tampering. THE MANUFACTURER WILL DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT YOUR WIG IS DEFECTIVE WHEN THEY INSPECT IT. This generally happens after our initial inspection upon arrival at our facility. The bar for what is considered a true “defect” is extremely high because it must be deemed defective by both parties (manufacturer and Natural Look Salon And Wigs.com) to be eligible for a full refund. Any returned defective item that is not determined to be determined to be defective will be processed as a normal return and the standard restocking fee will be applied. ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
- If we made a mistake on your order and you do not wish to swap it out for the correct item free of charge, we will issue a 100% refund once we receive and inspect the wig or topper. Wig or topper MUST be returned to in eligible condition and inspected before we can process the refund
- In both cases, we will issue a refund for your shipping cost up to $15 (from the price of your order)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE MY REFUND?
The shipping and inspection time may vary but we will do our best to expedite your refund. You can expect to see a refund in 2-10 business days.
COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS:
- Only one coupon code may be used per order
- Coupons that have expired will not apply. We will try our best to rerun a coupon throughout our sales periods
- Be sure to sign up for our email newsletter as this is how our best coupons will arrive

DELIVERY, BACKORDER, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages when you send returns or exchanges back to us. We strongly suggest that you have your package insured and pay for reliable tracking when you send items back to us.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER SHOULD A NEED ARISE. If this happens we will be certain to notify you and you will receive a full refund
You are allowed to cancel your order if done within the first 4 hours of placing it. After the 4-hour time frame a 20% cancellation fee based on the amount you paid will be applied. We do this as we have to pay to halt the processing and shipping of this item after the 4-hour window expires.
You must send a cancellation email to email@example.com within that 4-hour time frame so we can process your cancellation immediately
BACKORDER AND UNAVAILABLE ITEMS:
In case your purchase item is out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know! If your order contains multiple items, we will ship your order incrementally to expedite so the in-stock items are not delayed. There is no partial shipping to International Clients. We can hold those orders until everything is ready to ship at once. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
WE WILL ALWAYS CHARGE IN FULL AND UPFRONT FOR BACKORDERED ITEMS
PO BOX DELIVERIES
We cannot drop ship orders to PO Boxes. IF you have a PO Box delivery please be advised that your order may take up to a week longer to arrive to your address. For faster delivery, we highly suggest shipping to a home or business address
HOLIDAYS DELIVERIES AND DELAYS
Although these occurrences are rare, we can’t be responsible for late shipments due to the holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause but the best way to avoid delays is to order a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your need to have the items
ANY US DOMESTIC PACKAGES OVER $500 IN PRODUCT VALUE WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. We do this to ensure the safety of our customers and to have your packages successfully delivered. Any packages that have been rerouted back to us will incur extra shipping to have the package redelivered. Please be sure to plan accordingly
COUNTRY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)
Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from NaturalLookSalonandWigs.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost to you and any duties, taxes, and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of the returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter the value
INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR YOUR CRANIAL PROSTESIS
Natural Look Salon And Wigs LLC will not directly bill to your insurance but we will be happy to provide you with a detailed medical receipt upon request and help guide you through the process of submitting to your insurance company. There is no guarantee that your insurance claim will be accepted by your insurance company. You will be responsible for paying for your cranial prosthesis out of your own pocket and submitting it to your insurance company.
Natural Look Salon And Wigs are not responsible for incidences where color recommendations made by our color specialist not meeting the customer’s expectations reason being is no two people see color exactly the same! Color is very subjective and we offer an opinion. To best see color, you may want to consider investing in a color ring or schedule a private complimentary consultation at one of our locations.
Natural Look Salon And Wigs will not except checks, money orders, or COD’s on any online order
WE CARE ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION SECURITY
All transactions do not go through the website, even orders taken over the phone we will NOT be kept or stored ANY credit card information on file for any reason, nor do we have access to your complete credit card number. We cannot add items to your order or change anything other than the amount being authorized during the checkout process
FRAUD AND THEFT
Theft and incidences of fraud- specifically return fraud and charge back fraud-will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. All chargebacks and fraudulent returns will be seen as an attempt of theft. These cases will be referred to the law enforcement and our legal team. You will be sent to collections to recover any and all costs associated with fraud or theft
